PERSONALIZING

Most of our products can be personalized by modifying the message or image that is printed on the product. Not all products can be personalized; look for selected items that state "Personalize".

Please order personalized or custom-made products well in advance of a scheduled event to allow sufficient time for delivery of your product(s).

Personalized and custom-made products are non-returnable.


GIFT WRAPPING

We offer 2 types of gift wrapping with our selection of color paper (Silver, Leopard, or Purr-ple) :
 
"Whiskers"  Your gift is wrapped in your choice of paper, elegantly coordinated with white raffia ribbons curled to create "whiskers."       

"Message From the Heart"
Select a special message to be inscribed on a white satin ribbon which is tied onto the gift, with your choice of wrapping paper. more info>

 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Options- We offer the following shipping options:

Standard  (3-7 business days)
Priority Mail  (2-3 business days)
Express Mail  (Next business day)

Shipping/Delivery Time- Orders are processed the same day and are shipped within 3 business days.

Personalized and custom-made products ship within 5-10 business days.

We will inform you by email if the order cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner.

Orders placed after 3pm (ET), weekends, or holidays, will be processed the following business day.

Method of Shipping- Most orders are shipped directly from the factory or warehouse where the products are stored. Orders of multiple products may be shipped separately from two or more locations and via different shipping carriers (determined by point of origin).

We do not ship outside the United States.

All lengths and sizes noted are approximate and may vary slightly.
Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Colors seen online are not always a true representation due  to variations in the settings of your computer monitor.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
If your shipping or billing address can not be verified at time of payment, your order may be delayed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed. Thank you for understanding.

A 6% sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to a Florida (FL) address.

Charges for purchases made at Kittyana.com will appear on your billing statement as Kittyana Designs, llc.


CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order prior to shipment please email us at orders@kittyana.com.  You will receive a reply email confirming your request. Please note that orders ship within 1-3 business days.  If your order has already shipped, you will be notified. To return merchandise that has already shipped, simply follow procedures for Exchanges & Returns.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We take great care to provide our customers with the best products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the product(s).  

 To return/exchange a product, contact us by email at returns@kittyana.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. You will receive a reply email with your RMA confirmation.  Return the merchandise with a copy of your RMA confirmation to the address provided in the email.

There are some conditions under which we are unable to accept returned products:
1. Product has been worn.
2. Product is personalized or custom-made.
3. Product is determined by Kittyana to have been damaged other than in transit or due to manufacturer defect.
4. Product is not accompanied by a RMA confirmation.
5. Product is returned after 30 days from date of invoice.

Please also note: 

1. A copy of your RMA confirmation must be included with the returned merchandise. Any returned merchandise not accompanied by or specified in the RMA confirmation will be returned to you and additional shipping charges may apply. Applicable shipping charges will be charged to the customer's account or credit card on file.

2. Returns must be received within 2 weeks from date the RMA confirmation is issued to avoid a restocking fee. If returns are received after this timeframe a 25% restocking fee may apply.  Applicable restocking fee will be charged to the customer's account or credit card on file.

3. Returned products are accepted only in their original condition and packaging. In the event merchandise is damaged and it has been determined by Kittyana that the damage occurred by circumstances other than mishandling by the customer the item can be exchanged and the replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost.  Kittyana will replace or repair any items with manufacturer defects up to 30 days from the date of invoice.

 5.  Return credit will be issued after the returned merchandise is received by Kittyana.  Credit will be issued by same method as original payment.  No credit will be issued for shipping charges.

 6.  Kittyana is not liable for returns that are deemed lost in transit.

 

CLAIM OF NON-DELIVERY

For merchandise the carrier does not deliver and is considered lost in transit by the carrier, Kittyana will either replace the merchandise at no cost to you, or issue a full refund.

You will be responsible for all merchandise the shipping carrier records as delivered.

UPS may require signatures on expedited parcels. Kittyana has no liability for deliveries not made due to lack of signature.

Kittyana has no liability for packages that may be stolen after being deemed delivered by the carrier.
