3.  Any design and/or written document prepared by Kittyana as part of your purchase may have similarities to designs/writings Kittyana prepared for other parties. You are obtaining no right or claim of any kind to any individual design element or elements provided by Kittyana and we reserve the right to use the same or similar elements in other products for other parties in the future.

4. Except for the specific product content you provide to Kittyana, all rights in all work product, including without limitation all final designs and interim drafts, are retained by Kittyana. Your right to use any designs prepared by Kittyana for you is limited to the finished product in the form it is supplied to you. You may not reproduce, transfer, or modify any such designs in any manner.

5. You agree that you shall hold Kittyana harmless and shall indemnify and defend Kittyana, its directors, officers, employees, and agents against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material provided by you to Kittyana for incorporation into your project or product.

6. Kittyana reserves the right to refuse to sell or to cancel a sale prior to shipping, at Kittyana’s sole discretion. You agree that Kittyana shall have no liability of any kind to you or to any third party arising from such refusal or cancellation.

7. Kittyana reserves the right to use any design and/or your finished products as sample work for advertising and promotional purposes and for internal purposes.

Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Colors seen online are not always a true representation due  to variations in the settings of your computer monitor.
